ABBA CAFÈ Refund Policy

At ABBA CAFÈ, we strive to provide the highest quality food and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.

2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 8 hours of your purchase with your receipt or proof of purchase. You can reach us at alexis@acgbahamas.com.

3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, we will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and customized orders are not eligible for refunds.

5. Returns
For food items, returns are generally not accepted due to health and safety regulations. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
